Whole black summer truffle with Marsala wine

Preserving a product like truffles is not an easy task. Our more than 60 years of experience have taught us to carefully select ripe truffles that have no defects. We process them immediately after each hunt and we add other essences such as Marsala wine to help maintain the organoleptic characteristics of the truffle itself as unaltered as possible.
